Quiet At-Home Workout (No Equipment Needed)

This quiet at-home workout involves no jumping. If you have downstairs neighbors or are fitting in a workout during nap time, this is the perfect total-body burn.
It's broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do three exercises for 30 seconds each, then rest for 30 seconds. In circuits 1 & 2, you'll alternate right and left, doing four sets of the circuit in total. In circuit 3, you'll just go through the circuit three times.

Circuit 1
