This workout is all about using the stick for leverage to get even deeper in some juicy stretches! To access even more range, we'll be using a slider to increase your stability requirement and enhance your rotation.

We'll be using one long stick and TriSlider, but I want to remind you that this workout can be done with any other kind of slider or even something as simple as a paper plate or small towel depending on your floor.

As always, listen to your body. You'll see me getting a little pretzel-y and I want to stress that you should move within your comfortable range of motion! Think about pushing yourself to 10% discomfort at most - NOT PAIN!
Though this is more of s stretchy session, don't be surprised if you get sweaty. Mobility work IS work and moving with control through your end ranges of motion is work that requires focus and a lot of muscle engagement!


Equipment Needed: One long stick, some version of a slider.
