Welcome to The Feisty Brain! I'm Erika—a coach, guide, and neurodivergent woman who found a bit of quiet and calm through short, mindful yoga practices.
In this video, I share a bit about my own journey with yoga, how it slowly helped quiet my very busy brain, and why I created The Feisty Brain—a space especially for women navigating ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or just feeling a little overstimulated by life.
Here, you'll find short, manageable yoga practices—5 to 15 minutes long—that are designed to fit into real life. They're simple, grounding, and intentionally created to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
