Get ready for this 30 Minute, 8 Rounds shadow boxing workout - just combos. Let's punch it out!
This is one of my favorite workouts to teach - you'll burn fat, burn calories, get strong, feel fit & really badass. Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere.
Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
