For this video I took on the daily responsibility of taking 15,000 steps as an alternative to your usual cardio routines. I have previously praised walking as a more than suitable alternative to other forms of cardio without the nasty side effect like muscle or joint pain or excessive exhaustion immediately after. Walking burns fat efficiently without touching your glycogen or protein stores. This is based on my thorough youtube research of course so do take it with a grain of salt or better yet, TRY IT for yourself and see if you get the same results as I did!
