In this time-lapsed video, I jump rope for 20 minutes every day, which translates to around 2700 rope skips daily. But this isn’t just a simple time-lapse. Through careful planning and intention, I've created the best experience I can for you to literally witness the fat melt off my body in just over 60 seconds for what took 12 weeks and around a quarter of a million rope skips.
I hope that this puts a smile big enough on your face to inspire action toward making your next moves for your own transformation.

I know I'll be getting a ton of questions as to how the weight was lost, nutrition, training, etc so here's a VERY brief overview.
NUTRITION:
Complicated….avg 10.5k to 12k calories per week. Lots of carbs, low/medium fat & high protein. Daily Intermittent fasting, though eventually, I included one to three 44 hr fasts weekly to keep my calorie targets in line with my weekend caloric indulgences where I’d take in 300-400g carbs. ... I told you it was complicated.
TRAINING:
I did approximately 20 min of jump rope per day (2.3 hrs per week), eventually hitting 3 hrs of jump rope weekly. I also walked A LOT (around 80 to 100k steps weekly) & maintained my minimal style weight lifting routine.
I'll go into more detail on this in a future video if there is interest shown,
JUMP ROPE EXPERIENCE:
At this point, I've got just over 5 years of jump rope experience, though I still can't do double-unders :P
HAVE I EVER BEEN THIS LEAN BEFORE?
I've only ever made it to fully visible abs once before this, back in 2018.
Regarding stretchmarks/loose skin questions. They originated from the 100 lbs that I lost from my mid 20’s to early ’30s. Even with the slow weight loss, I went through in my 20s and the lean mass I've built (from 15+ yrs of lifting) I still ended up with some loose skin. Genetically I might have low elastin levels...
FYI at best, I'm an amateur videographer :p
