In this video we cover how to get a stronger squat, how to squat more, and how to get some big legs. Bottom line is if you aren't squatting you need to be! Frequency recommended is 1-3x per week with about 10-20 sets.
I find more often than not, most people aren't hitting a high enough frequency. So give that a shot if you are only currently hitting lets 1x per week.
Pitbull and I go over some of the top exercises for leg strength. If you input these exercises properly your squat strength will improve!
