In today's workout we are hitting the whole body using only an ez bar. For reference I am using a pair of 25lbs (11kg) plates on the ez bar. Select a weight that challenges you but allows you to use proper form for each exercise.
Focus on quality reps over quantity. Take your time, no need to rush. If you need extra rest breaks just pause the video. The main goal of this workout is to build muscle and strength throughout your whole body so let's smash this workout with some good energy! 💪
