Get ready to SMASH this EZ Bar Workout at Home! This routine focuses on strength & conditioning and targets your full body. All you need for this workout is an EZ bar and a set of plates. If your goal is to drop fat, improve muscular endurance and increase your cardio this is a great workout to add to your schedule.
If you don't have an EZ bar at home I would recommend getting one, It's a great tool to have to help you build muscle from home! 💪
Since this is a Full Body EZ Bar Workout we will be rotating through in this order,

This is a NO REPEAT workout so we will go through all the exercises one time. If you would like to make this workout longer repeat the whole workout one more time with a rest in between.
