Coach Trevor from the MS GYM has created some great YouTube specific context to help exercise with Multiple Sclerosis. This video focuses on BALANCE and improving your SPINAL MOBILITY.
ITEMS NEEDED: A lacrosse ball, tennis ball or your fist.
1. Release your pec minors on both sides.
2. Once the muscles are released you can either perform the exercise seated or standing. You want to alternate rotating your body from one side to the other. Rotate from your abs and ribs.
REMEMBER BGB throughout exercises – Keep your Blades down, Guts in and squeeze your Butt.
