This Pilates with weights workout begins with a barre inspired standing series, then we take it to the floor for targeted strength through the hips, core, and shoulders. I especially loved the side body series!
Everything moves at a moderate pace so you can find your form and move with confidence. You’ll definitely feel the intensity build with just the right amount of challenge.

Targets: Full body
Level: Moderate intensity, intermediate level
Equipment: Exercise mat, weights.
All exercises are demonstrated with 3 lbs. weights, I recommend between 2-5 lbs. Feel free to vary the weight sizes for different exercises.
