Welcome to your 32 minute Full Body Barre workout! Today we'll be using the Pilates ball to add extra resistance and instability, challenge your core, and fire up the arms, thighs, glutes, and deep postural muscles. Expect a warm up, isometric holds, pulses and flowing sequences that will leave your body feeling strong, lifted, and energized—without any jumping or impact.
