Neck & Shoulder Maintenance after Breast Cancer Surgery & Treatment. Most women are left with tightness and restricted movement in their neck and shoulders after breast cancer treatment. This 5 min routine is a short, time-efficient way to help with this.

CARS (controlled articular rotations) - help gain and maintain healthy motion of your joints while improving stability of the muscles surrounding these joints. I do these movements every day as a part of my maintenance rehab routine.
