This workout will help you build full-body muscle with a traditional style strength training workout! We are also following a peripheral heart action training structure for maximum push in these 30 minutes! We will target all of the major muscles in the upper and lower body today!
30-MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- Aim to lift heavy relative to you and each exercise! I used a range from 15lbs to 30lbs/ 6.8kg-13.6kg.

ANKLE/WRIST WEIGHTS
STRUCTURE
12 EXERCISES REPEATED 2X
WORK: 45 SECONDS
REST: 25 SECONDS

-SUMO ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
