The exercises include Tai Chi warm-up, stretching, joint mobility and Qi Gong.

Repetition of the movements of this routine evokes the number 9 with the idea of reaching a higher level of consciousness and understanding.

Moderate and habitual physical exercise can prevent aging and maintain physical efficiency.
