In this prop-free, standing class we will:
tune your nervous system and breath,
bring back smooth movement to your shoulder girdle,
tone your superficial backline, muscularly and myofascially,
enhance elasticity in your plantar fascia and Achilles tendon,
improve mobility and movement confidence around your ankles and knees,
improve mobility and fascial communication into your pelvic region,
open your breath by addressing the lateral line of the torso, and deep front line in front- and back,
bring space and mobility to your superficial front- and back arm lines,
To finish off: we add a truly invigorating swinging movement to your version of a roll-down, for which we prepared throughout the class.
Please Note: the full version of this Slings Myofascial Training exercise I would have taught differently, but let me allow you to introduce you to the invigorative way of integrating the Deep Front Line, Superficial Front- and Backlines in this progressive fashion for the sake of this short class. A true gift for your lower back.
