This full-body kettlebell workout is designed to help you build sustainable strength, improve mobility, and increase energy—without burning out. Whether you're 40, 50, or beyond, this 30-minute flow is your blueprint to aging well through smart, effective training.
In this Strength Endurance workout, we alternate between the Clean, Squat, and Press using a single kettlebell. You’ll work for 2 minutes, rest for 1, and progressively increase the load every 9 minutes. It’s a low-impact, high-return session that builds muscle, boosts metabolism, and leaves you feeling stronger—not wrecked—for tomorrow’s training.
