Welcome friends!
Today I’m offering a quicker 30 minute all levels yoga class. With a slower pace and focus on the breath, it gives you the ability to really tune in and pay attention to your body. We're going to hit all the main muscle groups, sweat a little bit, stretch a lot a bit, and then get back on our way. Props are always helpful, but never required, all you need is yourself, your mat, and your breath!
My hope is to offer a wide selection of full length vinyasa classes at various levels to help you establish a regular home yoga practice, so repeat this video as often as you like, or explore others! But either way, let your time on the mat be only for you! Remind yourself of how strong and beautiful you are, just as you are. You’ve got this, let’s go!
