This 10 minute ARMS and SHOULDERS chair workout is a great quick burner!

You can do this workout standing if you prefer, but when you perform these moves seated, you inhibit compensation from the back, so this is really helpful for folks with back pain or issues.
I'm using 5lb dumbbells for reference. Because there's no rest in this workout, you'll feel the burn with lighter weights and be less likely to have to pause. So feel free to use water bottles, canned goods, whatever you have that's light and manageable!
