So get ready to strengthen, stretch and tone your entire body from head to toe, improve your cardiovascular health, and speed up your fat burning metabolism.
These are the 4 exercises in this full body workout:
1. Shoulder / Hip Loaded Squats
2. Tempo Pushups
3. Side-Lying Trunk Twists
4. Lateral Lunges / Rotations
You will be using every major muscle group in this full body workout, including your hamstrings, abductors (outer thigh), abductors (inner thigh), quadriceps, glutes (buttocks), calves, pectorals, biceps, triceps, deltoids (shoulders), rhomboids (back), and abdominals. It should challenge you after 3 rounds. If not, try it with heavier dumbbells. Or add more rounds.
Always remember, before you begin any full body workout at the gym or at home, make sure to warm up first. Also be mindful of inhaling and exhaling with each movement. The increased circulation of oxygen will help you get results quicker.
