Join me for a 30 minute FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT to sculpt from head to toe.. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose whichever weights suit you best. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. As a bonus, there is a warm up and cool down included in todays routine. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
