We are all about STRONG! This is a 30 minuet traditional style strength training workout that targets the chest. back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps! We are using drop sets to really amplify that muscle build! All of these exercises are the tried and true to maximize muscular growth!
30-MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- With this drop structure we will be lifting from light to heavy! Pick weight accordingly relative to you and the exercise! I used a range from 5lb-25lb/2.2kg-11.3kg

10 DROP SETS
WORK: 40 SECONDS
REST: 30 SECONDS

-TRICEP KICKBACKS
-BENT OVER ROW (L&R)
