Are you suffering from constipation? Do you sit on the toilet for hours and find it hard to empty your bowels? This series of classes is designed to help you defecate with ease. To poo without effort, our anus and rectum need to be relaxed. This class teaches you how your feet affect your anus! When we stand on our toes we tend to clench our back sphincter, back of the pelvic floor and anus. This might be because we wear heels or might be because we are the type of person who is always "on their toes", ready for action! This short lesson helps us to release tension in our feet and toes and bring us back to our heels. My favourite lesson as I am one of those who are always "on their toes" people!
