Today, I'll show you how to make Hiyashi Shabu Shabu (cold shabu shabu salad), which is perfect for a hot day. Unlike regular shabu shabu, this dish is served cold, making it a refreshing Japanese meal that's easy to eat even when the summer heat has taken away your appetite.
In addition, I'll introduce two of my favorite sauces: a rich sesame sauce and a refreshing onion ponzu sauce. This dish is healthy and satisfying, packed with vegetables. Let's make it together!
◎Ingredients(Serves 2-3)
・Pork Loin : 150g
・Pork Belly : 150g
・Lettuce : 4-6 leaves
・Chicken Stock Powder : 1 tablespoon
・Ginger : 5g

・Sugar : 1 tablespoon
・Vinegar : 1 tablespoon
・Soy Sauce : 1.5 tablespoons
・Sesame Oil : 1.5 tablespoons
・Sesame Paste : 2 tablespoons
・Garlic : 1 clove
・Ginger : 5g

・Sesame Oil : 2 teaspoons
