How do we heal from trauma and stress when our exposure is increasing every day?
We can turn to our healing practices like Qi Gong.
Full disclosure: I am not a trauma expert.
Yet, I have experienced and guided others to feel the potent role Qi Gong plays in healing from trauma.
Qi Gong is not a panacea for trauma and stress. This practice is designed to complement other essential support services. If you are suffering from trauma, I encourage you to seek support from a trusted health care provider or counselor.

Discharging negative energy with sound and vibration
Circulating positive energy with flowing stretches
Tonifying healing energy with relaxing flows
Storing energy with stillness and intention
Get a daily dose of healing simply by stepping outside every day.
Get your feet into the grass for 30 seconds.
Ground your energy.
Connect to the earth.
Mother earth has the capacity to receive our toxic energy and transform it into positive energy.
