Vata has the qualities of being cold and dry, which can lead to stiff joints. This daily mobility sequence is great to do all year round, but particularly during the Vata time of year (autumn and early winter) and especially during the Vata time of life (50s, 60s and beyond).
Part 2 is the same sequence from Part 1, but without the introduction and all of the instruction. We also move a little faster in this video. This is a great sequence to do everyday, in addition to any other exercise. It also makes a great warm-up for strength and cardio exercise sessions.
