Today’s practice eases us in a little more after Day 1. The intention here is to move with steadiness, reconnect with the breath, and build a foundation we can return to again and again over the next 30 days.
If Day 1 felt challenging, that’s completely normal. This class is designed to feel more accessible while still helping you build strength, mobility, and awareness. Move at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, and trust that consistency matters more than intensity.
This practice is part of a progressive 30 day journey. You don’t need to be perfect or flexible to begin. Just show up, breathe, and do what you can today.
If you’re joining the challenge late, you’re right on time.
