▶️ Format:
0–15 min | Single Bell Flow (Clean → Squat → Press, Left & Right)
15–30 min | Double Bell Flow (Double Clean → Double Squat → Double Press)
🔥 Your challenge: Complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP). Record your total reps = your score.
