What can I say. Early hip degeneration and poor hip health is prolific these days.
Everyone needs this routine.
These are the essentials for hips - we go deep, applying science based mobility training, creating tissue reorganization, rebalancing muscle and opening up space.
What you will need :
-wall space
-floor space
-yoga mat
-yoga block and or short roller
-pillow
-hand towel
Hip Routine :
Figure 4 at the wall
-Hip External Rotation PAILs x RAILs
-Hip Internal Rotation lift off
Half kneeling
-Hip Extension PAILs x RAILs
Tactical Frog
-Hip Abduction PAILs x RAILs
1/2 Frog
-Hip Internal Rotation lift off
Core
-Roller Dead bug ( Eccentric Neural Groove)
Standing
-Kinetic Stretch Elevator Squat
