🔥 12 min Abs Workout — Low Abs, Pyramids Circuit (Level 3, With Weights) 🔥
Hi everybody! 👋
Today we’re diving into a 12-minute Low Abs “Pyramids” workout — designed to target one of the most challenging areas of the core. The lower abs can be harder to activate than the upper section, so this session focuses on deep engagement and precise control to help you strengthen, slim, and define this part of your core.
This is a Pyramids-style circuit, which means we alternate between longer, bodyweight sets and shorter sets using ankle weights. The combination helps build endurance, strength, and definition — all in one go!
🧱 Workout Format:
9 different exercises
Each exercise lasts 45 seconds
20 seconds of rest between each
🧘♀️ What You’ll Need:
✔️ A yoga mat
✔️ Ankle weights (I’m using 1 kg each, but choose the weight that suits you best)
This session will challenge your control, coordination, and lower core strength.
⚠️ Warm-up reminder: Make sure to mobilize your hips and spine before starting — this helps avoid tension and improves your ability to isolate the lower abs.
