When I was sick with Lupus, kidney issues, and taking high-dose prednisone, my blood pressure and heart rate was really high. Being Lupus-free, fit and healthy for over 20 years, I have nice LOW BP & HR. And that should be your goal too.
While there are a few specific medical conditions where abnormally low BP is an issue (your doctor will tell you if you have that), for the rest of us, my cardiologist friends all agree, the lower the better! For this person asking the question during my Wellness Wednesday, he already answered his own question saying how great he feels! You can't have low blood flow AND high energy!
I hope info this helps you too!
In the meantime, learn the protocol for FREE with my online classes free now through May 31 for Lupus Awareness Month, watch for free at GoodbyeLupus.com
