Most of us understand we need to work hard to accomplish our dreams. We don’t have a problem with working hard and showing some discipline. Are we the new entrepreneur? Nothing wrong with being productive, but if we’ve been working all day and don’t feel like we can wind down in the evening, because we feel like we always need to finish this super important task we haven’t finished yet, otherwise you will feel extreme guilt and anxiety come up, it’s time to question the situation. What causes us to feel like this? Online Hustle Culture, Workaholism, Toxic Productivity, our ambitious parent’s upbringing, who knows what caused it. What some sources online do mention is that it has to do with a type of anxiety, which is called ‘Time Anxiety’. Before we burn ourselves out, we need to find a way to solve this feeling.
