Today's Full Body Compound workout will scorch calories and build muscle. Compound movements are super-efficient with time all while we work arms, legs and core. This also keeps the heart rate elevated so your increasing endurance and making your heart stronger as well.
We have 12 moves, 40 seconds work, 15 seconds rest and 3 rounds. Grab a variety of weights a mat and let's do this!
