運動架構
🔹 一共2組動作,每組動作需做2回合,一共4回合
🔹 每組動作運動30秒,休息10秒
🔹 影片結束後,都有3-5分鐘的暖身
運動前請記得做好熱身

Hello, my friends, welcome to join me for this 25 MIN all standing full body & core workout. This workout can build your core strength and practice the balance as well. And the most wonderful thing is you can perform all of these movements while standing. Bodyweight only, no equipment is needed. Turning on your TV and let’s move!
Workout Structure
🔹 2 Sets, each set for 2 rounds.
🔹 20-sec rest between each round.
🔹 Each movement is 40 sec on, 20 sec off.
🔹 Cool-down included
