Struggle with the deadlift?
There are so many subtleties with the deadlift that just get missed because it appears to be such a simple movement. But, if you want to keep gaining strength and avoid injuries, they're so important to be covered!
In our second Kettlebell Series video we cover how to add tension to the hinge we learnt in part 1, to build the concept of bracing & how to use it while lifting.
Make sure to practice this until your entire mid section is on fire!
And, if you're training by yourself, always remember to video yourself for feedback - it is extremely hard to self-teach a good deadlift!
