Join me for a 50-minute Power Pilates workout! This session blends HIIT, Pilates, sculpt, and strength for a full-body burn that will make you SWEAT. I’m using two 5-lb dumbbells and one 10-lb dumbbell, but feel free to grab any weighted objects you have at home. This workout includes a 1-minute warm up and 2-minute cooldown.
