Full Body Burn. 10 minutes! The structure of this workout is by far my favorite. Why? Because I designed it to be extremely effective, which it definitely is! I chose 5 exercises that will hit your full body. Each exercise is broken into a two minute block.

20 sec …pulse
40 sec …fast
20 sec …hold
I used 2 5lb weights, and even with 5lbs I felt challenged because it’s a constant repetition of the muscle. You got this!
