Here's what you'll find in this 30 minutes long session for the whole body:
☀️ Sun Salutations A, B – Warm up and synchronize breath with movement
🦵 Standing Poses – Build strength and stability in the lower body
⚖️ Balancing Poses – Enhance focus, coordination, and control
🔄 Inversions – Improve circulation and boost energy
🧘 Seated Poses – Deepen flexibility and open the hips
🌀 Backbends – Strengthen the spine and energize the body
🌿 Twists & Final Relaxation – Release tension and restore balance
We’ll begin by syncing movement with breath in grounding sun salutations, then move through powerful standing postures like Warrior I & II, Triangle, Tree Pose, and One-Legged Mountain Pose to activate your entire body.
The second half includes deep hip openers like Lizard and Pigeon, gentle backbends like Cobra and Bow, and finishes with Sage Pose twist, and a peaceful Shavasana to leave you feeling open, balanced, and refreshed.
