How have I never done a Taylor Swift workout to the "Lover" album?! Today I am making things right and finally posting a workout to the album that has some of my all time favorite songs. This is a good beginner cardio workout with no repeat exercises that will target your entire body. As usual my Taylor Swift workouts, I included a warm-up + cool down. I also included low impact cardio modifications as well.
