As I mention in my intro, saying I'm excited to share this with you all is an understatement!!! Today I am taking you through my ROUND 5 20 Min Eras Tour Taylor Swift workout! I AM SO HAPPY to be back creating more workouts for you all (the holidays and being sick on and off has kept me away for a bit but for no longer!!) If you don't enjoy doing cardio workouts, I promise you that doing a cardio workout to Taylor swift is different and these are the most fun way to move your body! There's something about singing to her music while jumping that makes it fly by :)

This is also a no repeat hiit cardio workout meaning every song has different exercises so it will keep it fun and engaging. I also structured it similarly to Round 4 where during some 45 second intervals, I have two exercises (a slow version of the exercise and a fast version of the exercise).
