Since it is a tradition on my channel, I wanted to share this speak now taylor swift hiit workout with you! Every time she re-records an album, I always do a workout to show my support and jam with my swiftie subscribers! You'll find yourself getting lost in the music while working up a sweat during this all standing no repeat cardio workout. :)

I carefully curated this workout to deliver maximum results while ensuring a fun and inclusive experience for all fitness levels. So whether you're a Taylor Swift superfan (me too!) or just looking for a challenging cardio workout, this video is designed to make you move, groove, and sweat!

In this song workout, we start with a 3-minute dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the intense cardio session ahead. Then, get ready to belt out song lyrics with a 15-minute cardio workout. Stick around till the end for a 3-minute cool-down that will help you gradually bring your heart rate back to normal and promote muscle recovery.

I also provide a modified beginner version, ensuring that this workout is accessible to everyone!

I tried my best to stay on the beat of the song and I recommend you do the same! It will help you with pacing and each exercise flies by.
