You’ll need:
Corned beef
Cabbage
Salt
Red wine vinegar
Rosemary
Thyme
Black pepper, freshly ground
Flavor-neutral oil (we used avocado oil)
Onions, chopped
Turnip, peeled and diced
Garlic
Carrot, shredded
Peas, fresh or frozen
Sage
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Serve with brown or Dijon mustard as an entrée, side, or appetizer.
