Now that we are limited on how long we can be at the gym, let's make sure we are being efficient and choosing exercises that are beneficial. At times, the bench press, leg press, cable machines, and cardio equipment are popular so you may have to wait for other people. Waiting for equipment is the last thing you want to do.
For this workout, all you need is an adjustable bench and a couple of dumbbells.
6 Exercises for 4-5 sets
Repetitions range from 5-15, depending on the intensity
The first 2 sets use as a warm-up. Lighter weights = more reps
Here are the exercises:
1. Dumbbell chest press
2. Dumbbell bent-over row
3. Dumbbell reverse flies
4. Dumbbell incline bicep curls
5. Dumbbell seated shoulder press
6. Dumbbell seated lateral raise
