Sitting With L5/S1 Disc Pain? Here’s How to Help!

We weren't designed to sit all day! But many of us have a desk and we have to find workarounds and ways to stay productive. Here's some of my tips for if you sit at a desk - tips to be proactive but also one's that can be helpful if you're suffering from L5/S1 disc pain.
Here's a breakdown of this one:
@01:05 Understanding your body better and what's going on (at the L5/S1 disc)
@02:15 How to fix your sitting set-up (this is easy to start with)
@03:05 Do this while seated.
@03:50 Do this every 20-30 minutes! Why you should use your phone alarm to help get through the day more easily.
@04:20 Start with this exercise at your desk (Pelvic tilts)
@05:10 While standing perform this movement to help your spine. (standing extensions).
