Lionquest Exercise

This site is dedicated to the ordinary men and women who work, raise families, go to school, or take care of elderly relatives who have little time or inclination to spend hours a week working out at a gym. This about using the forces of your own body with self resistance, isometrics and bodyweight exercises to strengthen, tone, and develop your physical presence. This is a modern take on the Dynamic Tension course by Charles Atlas, that I call Focused Muscular Tension or FMT.
