中筋麵粉 500克
酵母粉 5克
糖 10克
常溫水 260克
All-purpose flour 500g
Yeast 5g
Sugar 10g
Room temperature water 260g
1、所有食材揉成麵糰、揉至表面光滑、大約5~10分鐘
2、靜置15分鐘,讓麵糰鬆弛
3、擀開後表面抹一點水、捲成長條狀
4、分切成小饅頭放入蒸鍋
5、發酵至微微變大後、水沸騰蒸12分鐘
6、熄火、五分鐘後再開蓋(避免饅頭回縮)
1. Knead all ingredients into a dough until smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
2. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes to relax.
3. Roll out the dough, brush the surface with a little water, and roll it into a long strip.
4. Cut into small buns and place them in a steamer.
5. After the buns have risen slightly, steam for 12 minutes when the water boils.
6. Turn off the heat and wait five minutes before opening the lid (to prevent the buns from shrinking).
