Welcome to Part 2 of my Beginner Reformer Pilates Series using a yoga block! In this 34-minute session, we’ll focus on upper body and core strength, with some sneaky inner thigh work as you squeeze the block during several exercises. You’ll also need a Pilates box for a few moves.
You can do this class on its own or combine it with Part 1 (Lower Body Focus) for a full-body reformer workout!
