Stretch your legs, lower back and hips with a number four shape and hamstring stretch, alongside gentle windshield wipers. Helping you to release tension in the muscles of your lower body, especially lower back, hamstrings and hips.
This is a 12 day Christmas feel-good series for those of us with scoliosis or fusion. It is suitable for all curve types and fusion as well as beginners. Always listen to your body, if something doesn't feel right, please stop or regress the exercise.
