If you're looking to learn to transition from bird of paradise to the next pose, take a look at this tutorial that shows you how you can master trivikramasana - standing split variation. This is an advanced and challenging posture that requires a huge amount of flexibility in the hamstrings, hips and side body.
It may seem difficult at the start, but it can be easy to enter if we understand the mechanics behind the posture. I will demonstrate key preparatory poses that will be useful for you to practice in order to open the necessary parts of your body to enter this pose.
