Welcome to this Kundalini Yoga Meditation to help with Mental Fatigue. When your mind feels taxed and you can't seem to get it to switch on again, you can do this effective meditation.
In this video I will give a short explanation, guide you through the steps for the meditation, and then you can practice the Meditation along with me for 3 minutes. Try it out to fully experience and embody the wisdom of the Meditation.
